South Australia attending Skills Australia Needs Information and Networking Sessions - London, United Kingdom
25 - 27 February 2012
The Australian migration department is hosting a Skills Australia Needs event in London on 25-27 February 2012 to promote employer and state sponsored skilled migration to potential skilled migrants residing in the United Kingdom.
The event will be held across three days as follows:
The targeted occupations are engineering and healthcare and automotive, construction, electrical and mechanical trades.
The event will provide an opportunity for invited skilled workers in occupations in demand to hear from the Australian migration department about skilled visa options for Australia. Invitees will then have an opportunity to meet and speak with South Australian government representees and employers about employment and sponsorship opportunities.
South Australia Health will be attending the 27 February event and will be looking to fill a range of health and medical occupations to meet the growing demands within the state.

State Government Migration Open Day - Manchester, United Kingdom
Wednesday 29th February 2012
The State Governments of South Australia, Western Australia and
Victoria along with Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, and
the Northern Territory are hosting a migration seminar in
Manchester on 29 February to link skilled migrants with employment
and state sponsorship opportunities in Australia.
A number of leading recruiters and employers from the health,
engineering and trades sectors will be available to discuss
employment opportunities and answer your questions regarding
migrating to Australia.
Each State and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship will
be giving a brief information presentation followed by an
opportunity to meet individual employers and government
representatives.
This is an invite only event and you must
register to be considered to attend. Successful
candidates will be emailed directly with venue details and further
information.
